You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday 30th day of March, 2026 before the Honorable Amy Ward, 87th Judicial District Court of Anderson County, at the Courthouse in said County in Palestine, Texas. Said Plaintiff's Petition was filed in said court on the 31st day of October, 2025 in the above entitled cause.

as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition on file in this suit.
