CITY OF PORT ARANSASREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) CDBG DRAINAGE DESIGN SERVICESNOTICE TO BIDDERSNOTICE is hereby given that the City of Port Aransas (COPA), Texas, is requesting engineering qualifications for CDBG Drainage Design Services. All proposals must be clearly marked "SEALED BID CITY OF PORT ARANSAS-CDBG DRAINAGE DESIGN SERVICES" and submitted to the City of Port Aransas City Hall, located at 710 W Avenue A, Port Aransas, Texas, 78373, Nueces County prior to Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and acknowledged in the Council Chambers. Any RFQ delivered or received after 4:00 p.m. will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee.
