PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 26-07 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS, CODE OF ORDINANCES BY ADDING CHAPTER 18 BUILDINGS, ARTICLE XIV.
