If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 28 days after you were served this citation, a default judgment may be taken against you. The Original Petition was filed in the 382nd District Court of Rockwall County, Texas, on 12/02/2025, by Allen R. Griffin, whose address is 7920 Belt Line Road Suite 1100 Dallas Texas 75254, Numbered 1-25-2043, and entitled In the Interest of E.M and E.M., Children. In addition to filing a written answer with the clerk, you may be required to make initial disclosures to the other parties of the suit.
