P250216 COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF ROCKWALL COUNTY, TEXAS The alleged heir(s) at law in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an FIRST AMENDED APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF DEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION PURSUANT TO TEXAS ESTATES CODE CHAPTER 301 in this estate on January 21, 2026, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs of Shelby DeWayne Jordan, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate. Said application may be heard and acted on by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 AM. on the first Monday following the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 E. Yellowjacket Lane, Suite 403, in Rockwall, Texas. All unknown heirs and persons interested in said estate are cited to appear before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written contest or answer to this application should they desire to do so.
