Notice to Local Small, Minority and   Woman Businesses (SMWB)    SAK Construction LLC, 222 Seale Road, San Antonio, TX 78219 (Phone 636-385-1000) is seeking local SMWB businesses for the San Antonio Water System: Central Sewershed Package 10 (Terrell Hills) SAWS Job No. 20-4505, SAWS Solicitation No. CO-00896 project which bids on March 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM CT.  Subcontracting Opportunities include but are not limited to:  Sewer pipe cleaning, obstruction removal by remote device, and CCTV inspection, with all pipeline CCTV inspection required to utilize an inclinometer visible on the video; Sewer construction work by open-cut methods, including but not limited to: installation of manholes, adjusting existing manholes including installation of new watertight ring and cover, repair and reconnection of sewer laterals, and sewer pipe point repairs; Asphalt pavement removal and restoration; Concrete riprap removal and installation work; Manhole and sewer structure rehabilitation and coating; Bypass pumping; Traffic control; Fencing; surface restoration including sodding; and SWPPP preparation.
