VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE CITY OF HAMPTON CARL DIXON, Plaintiff, V. SHATERRIA DIXON, Defendant . Case No.: 650CJ20000116-00 ORDER OF PUBLICATION This matter came before the Court on the Motion of the Plaintiff, Carl Dixon, for an Order of Publication pursuant to§ 8.01-316 of the Code of Virginia. Upon consideration of the Motion and the Due Diligence Affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that the Defendant cannot be found and that service by publication is proper. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Defendant, Shaterria Dixon, be served by publication of notice in the San Antonio Express-News, a newspaper of general circulation in Bexar County, Texas, once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. The notice shall advise the Defendant of the pending action and that she is required to appear and respond to the Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate Judgment Due to Clerical Error and Parental Alienation. The Defendant is further advised that a hearing is scheduled for February 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the Circuit Court for the City of Hampton, Virginia, located at 237 N.
