Pursuant to Chapter 59, Texas Property Code, Store and More of Clear Springs located at 1545 S. State Hwy 46, New Braunfels, TX 78130 will hold an online public auction of prop- erty being sold to satisfy Landlord's lien. Auction will be held at www.storage auctions.com. Bidding will begin February 11th, 2026, at 10:00 AM and concludes on February 26th, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Deposit for removal and clean up may be required. Seller reserves the right not to accept any bid and withdraw property from sale. Property in each space may be sold item-by- item, in batches, or by the space.
