PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF SEGUIN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Seguin is accepting sealed Proposals for: VETERNIANRY SERVICES Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Seguin, through either hard copy in our Bid Drop Off box located at 205 North Riv- er Street, Seguin, Texas 78155 or electronical- ly through http:// www.bidnetdirect. com/texas/cityof- seguin until 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Hard copy bids should be in a sealed envelope no smaller than 8 ½” x 11” clearly marked: RFP # AF-2026-27 VETERNIANRY SERVICES To be opened at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2026 Proposals received after the time and date set for submission will be disquali- fied. The City of Seguin reserves the right to reject or accept any and all proposals and to waive informal- ities. The City Council's deci- sion will be final.
