CONSTRUC- TION ADVER- TISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Mar- ion, Texas will receive bids for the City's Waste- water System Improvements Project under GLO CDBG-MIT No. 22-085-028- D269, until 10 AM on March 24, 2026 at City of Marion City Hall located at 303 S. Center Street, Marion, Texas 78124. Bids must be addressed to: Patrick Aten, City Sectretary. The bids will be pub- licly opened and read aloud at the close of the bid acceptance peri- od shown above. Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Supply and install the Waste- water System Improvements as shown in the attached plans and specifica- tions. * Approximate- ly 7718 feet of wastewater gravi- ty collection main. * Approximate- ly 7718 feet of trenching and restoration of roadway. * Installation of new manholes.
