REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS Seguin Inde- pendent School District, a Tex- as independent school district, is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Propos- als (RFCSP) for a contractor to per- form construc- tion services on a project in Seguin, Texas, involving the Deceleration Lane at McQuee- ney Elementa- ry. The District intends to evalu- ate proposals and select a contrac- tor in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.151-.155 of the Texas Gov- ernment Code.
