CAUSE NO. 26-0232-CV-E CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRSOR DEVISEES OF STEPHANIE L. SKINNER, DECEASED, Defendant, Greet- ing: “You have been sued. You may employ an attor- ney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation at or before ten o'clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of for- ty-two days from the date of the issuance of the citation, same being Monday March 16, 2026, a default judg- ment may be tak- en against you.
