Notice of Application To Dispose of Oil & Gas Waste By Injection Into A Formation Not Productive of Oil and Gas Hope Midstream, LLC., 4208 Chicago Ave, Lubbock, TX 79414 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of oil and gas waste by injection into a formation not productive of oil and gas.The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the Grayburg and San Andres formation, Hope SWD Well #1.
