TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVISED COMBINED NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION AND INTENT TO OBTAIN WATER QUALITY PERMIT AND NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PRELIMINARY DECISION FOR TPDES PERMIT FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER NEW Permit No. WQ0005459000 APPLICATION AND PRELIMINARY DECISION. Wright City Water Supply Corporation, P.O. Box 130, Arp, Texas 75750, which proposes to operate Wright City Water Supply Corporation (WSC), a public water supply facility, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a new permit, Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Permit No. WQ0005459000, to authorize the discharge of water treatment wastes at a volume not to exceed a daily average flow of 54,000 gallons per day. The TCEQ received this application on April 26, 2024. This combined notice is to correct the initial notice which listed the discharge of “treated wastewater” as the water treatment waste is not treated.
