THE STATE OF TEXAS
	TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: REBECCA KAY BURGESS, DECEASED, Docket No.1-20054, County Court at Law #1, Victoria County, Texas. NANCY DI ANN SABIN, SISTER OF DECEDENT, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on the 9th day of February, 2026, an application for DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP.
	Said application can be heard and acted on by said Court on a docket not to be heard before 10:00 o'clock A.M. the first Monday after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, the same being the 23rd day of February, 2026, at the County Courthouse in Victoria, Texas.
	All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear by filing a written answer to said application and contest the same should they desire to do so.
	The officer executing this citation shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law direc
