PUBLIC NOTICE The Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Weatherford, Texas, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review a request by Prabin KC, for a Conditional Use Permit for a Liquor Store use (greater than 5,000sq. ft) on an approximate 0.309-acre tract being generally located at 1015 N Main St., City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. CUP-26-0002. DATE:Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 TIME: 2:30 P.M. LOCATION:Weatherford City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Palo Pinto Street. A second public hearing on this request has been scheduled before the City Council on Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 303 Palo Pinto Street. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Weatherford City Hall is wheelchair accessible and special parking is available on the south side of the building. If special accommodations are required, please contact the City Secretary at 817-598-4202 a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A copy of staff's report is available for public inspection during normal office hours of the offices of Development Services, 548 Santa Fe Dr., forty-eight (48) hours prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board.
