Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Aledo, Parker County, Texas will conduct public hearings in the Aledo Municipal Complex, City Hall, located at 200 Old Annetta Road, Aledo, TX 76008. Public HearingsCity Council Location: Aledo Municipal Complex/City Hall 200 Old Annetta Road Aledo, TX 76008 Date: Thursday, March 5, 2026 Time: 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearings is to receive input regarding consideration of the following: 1) Public Hearing to consider and recommend amendment to Article 4, Signage, Table 1 Schedule for Permanent Signs, of the City of Aledo Unified Development Code (UDC) pertaining to the maximum area and number of placards allowed for Historic Decorative Pole Signs. 2) Public Hearing to consider and recommend amendment to Article 4, Signage, of the City of Aledo Unified Development Code (UDC) pertaining to criteria for approval of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow a Monument Sign in the Downtown (DT) Zoning District. 3) Public Hearing to consider and recommend amendment to Article 6, Definitions, of the City of Aledo Unified Development Code (UDC) to establish definitions of the following uses: Adult Stores, Vape/CBD Shops, Pawn Shops and Cash-Advance Establishments.
