PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing, as provided by Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, will be held by the Suffolk Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 2:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers, 442 W. Washington Street, Suffolk, Virginia, for the purpose of considering the following items: BZA 08-2026- Q & B, LLC, applicant and owner, is requesting a variance to reduce the required side yard setbacks from 10 ft to 5 ft and to increase the impervious surface ratio from 40% to 48.5% for the construction of a single-family dwelling.
