Whatcom County Bid #26-11 Drayton Harbor Road Landslide Repair Whatcom County Public Works requests bids for the Drayton Harbor Road Landslide Repair project, CRP No. 923001, as further described in the solicitation documents. Additional information, including how to obtain the full solicitation at no charge, is noted on the County website https://www.co.whatcom.wa.us/Bids.aspx or call Purchasing at (360) 778-5330. The deadline for responses is 2:30 PM, Tuesday, April 7, 2026. There is an apprenticeship utilization minimum requirement of 15% of total labor hours for this contract. Whatcom County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
