204330ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received for the following project at the time and location listed below: PROJECT: Asotin SD Windows and Doors Replacement BID DEADLINE: April 16th, 2026, 2:00 pm BID LOCATION: Asotin-Anatone School District Office 314 1st Street Asotin, Washington 99402 Bids can be submitted in person or by mail. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M on April 16th. All Bids will be opened and confirmed at that time. Bids and bid supplements received after the above times will not be opened or considered.Prospective bidders may obtain digital construction drawings and specifications from Abadan Plan Center starting April 1st, 2026:https://hosted.onlineplanservice.com/Project/271A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, April 8th at 3:30 PM, meeting at the Asotin District Office, 314 1st Street, Asotin, Washington 99402.The official website for public documents on this project, to include addenda, is the Abadan Plan Center. Per RCW 39.80.040, Asotin-Anatone SD encourages minority and women-owned firms and veteran-owned firms to respond to this call for bids.Contact Gene Sementi at the office of the Construction Manager at (509)-998-8934 or email at gene.sementi@consertus.com with questions.In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. Each Bid must include a copy of the Contractor License, UBI Number, and address/contact information. In addition, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid. This surety shall be forfeited in the event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond.
