PUBLIC NOTICE SOLICITATION OF CONTRACTING SERVICES SMALL WORKS ROSTER 2026 The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group (HCSEG) is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance from firms interested in providing contracting services from spring 2026 through June 30, 2027 in conjunction with HCSEG habitat restoration projects.
