The deadline for responses is 2:30 PM, Tuesday, March 31, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 19, 2026. Attendees will meet at the entrance of Whatcom County Public Works Central Shop, at 901 W Smith Rd, Bellingham, Washington 98226.
