REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES Solicitation No. 26-009 Skagit Transit is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Skagit Transit Maintenance, Operations and Administrative Campus Conversion Project - the phased renovation of an approximately 70,000-square-foot facility in Burlington, Washington. This Project is both state and federally funded. Procurement follows Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) procedures per 49 U.S.C. § 5325(b) and RCW 39.80. Price is not an evaluation factor.
