204425CLARKSTON SCHOOL DISTRICTADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed bids will be received by the Executive Director of Financial Services at the Business Office of Clarkston School District J250-185 in the Educator Support Center at 1294 Chestnut Street, Clarkston, Washington, 99403, for construction of the CLARKSTON HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT BASED HEALTH CENTER, as follows:General Contractors shall submit their Basic Bid and Alternate Bid proposals in a sealed envelope up until 3:30 p.m., Monday, May 11, 2026. Basic Bid and Alternate Bid proposals will be opened and publicly read immediately after submittal of Bid proposals. Proposals received after the above times will not be considered.Optional Pre-Bid Conference: An optional pre bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Clarkston High School, 401 Chestnut Street, Clarkston, WA 99403. The meeting will convene in Room 604 (park at the lot on the west side of campus along 6th, walk to the west entrance of Building 600).Drawings and Specifications will be available on or after Thursday, April 16, 2026 at www.nacplans.com and may be examined at Abadan Regional Plan Center, 603 E Second Street, Spokane, WA 99202.Bidders may download digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available by choosing the “Order Prints” option. Full or partial sets may be purchased, at bidders' expense, (non-refundable), from www.nacplans.com or a printer of the bidders' choosing.Bidders wishing to be formally listed as a plan holder must log in and choose “Add Me to Bidders List” at www.nacplans.com, where a current bidders list is continually posted.
