INVITATION TO BIDNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Cle Elum, Washington, invites sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of Police Department Desktop Computers.The project consists of furnishing eight (8) Dell Pro Plus computers with Intel i7 processors, Windows 11 Pro, 32GB RAM, 1TB solid-state drives, and dedicated graphics equivalent to AMD Radeon RX 7400. Each workstation shall include dual monitors and compatible desk mounting stands. Equipment must be fully compatible with and capable of operating Spillman CAD and Axon camera system software. Vendor shall provide all necessary accessories for full operation, including keyboards, mice, speakers, cabling, and power supplies.All equipment and services shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and the procurement requirements of the State of Washington.Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM (local time), April 9, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED BID – MDC PROJECT” and delivered to City Hall, Cle Elum, Washington. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter in the City Council Chambers.Bid proposals shall include pricing, product specifications, warranty information, and delivery schedule.
