ADVERTISEMENT TO BID LAKELAND JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT 272 STATE BOND PROJECTS RATHDRUM, IDAHO – Ginno Construction of Idaho, Inc. (CM/GC) is requesting proposals on behalf of Lakeland Joint School District 272 (LJSD) for the State Bond Projects Bid Packages #02 – 18. LJSD has selected Ginno Construction of Idaho, Inc. of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC). A Pre-Bid Walkthrough matrix is provided for all bid packages and will be included as part of the contract documents. The Pre-Bid Walkthrough is non-mandatory. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. Sealed Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. Contract Documents for bid packages noted above may be reviewed on or after March 11, 2026, at the following locations: • Abadan Regional Plan Center • Spokane Regional Plan Center • Ginno Construction Plan Room Bidders may view and download these documents at no cost from Ginno Construction's plan room - https://www.ginnoplanroom.com/ The primary source for the project documents will be through this site. Printed documents are available at bidders' expense. If you have any plan room questions, please contact Abadan at planroom@abadanplancenter.com or 509-747-2964. Sealed bids will be received by Ginno Construction at 3893 N Schreiber Way, Coeur d'Alene ID 83815 on April 1st no later than the time indicated for each bid package in the contract documents. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud on April 1st at the time indicated for each bid package in the contract documents. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. The Bid Package Number must appear on the outside of the bid envelope. Any firm failing to submit its bid in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Instructions to Bidders may be considered non-responsive. A bid bond will not be required. Payment and Performance bonds will not be required. PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTOR LICENSE: A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to submit a bid for this work.
