CALL FOR BIDS TOWN OF CONCRETE WASHINGTON STREET WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $320,000 Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the Town of Concrete, Town Hall, 45672 Main Street, Concrete, Washington 98237, up to 10:00 a.m.; local time on Thursday, April 30, 2026, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Washington Street Water Main Replacement. Install and connect an 8-inch water main in Washington Street and Mildred Alley, replace seven services to residences, install two fire hydrants and abandon the existing 2-inch water main in place. The Work shall be physically complete within 20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Concr
