The Rural Transitional/low-density zoned property has county road access via Silver Lake Road, and is Spokane County Parcel No. 14163.9015. Written sealed bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at DNR's Deer Park Work Center located at: 1002 E. Crawford St., Deer Park, WA 99006. The sale is subject to a minimum bid of $120,000.
