ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PORT OF FRIDAY HARBOR FRIDAY HARBOR AIRPORT AIRFIELD LIGHTING AND SIGNAGE REPLACEMENT Airport Improvement Program (AIP) 3-53-0152-050-2026 The Port of Friday Harbor is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Airfield Lighting and Signage Replacement project at Friday Harbor Airport. Elements of work for this project include replacing the existing power cable, light fixtures, signage, and constant current regulators; and miscellaneous electrical imp-rovements and installation of new airfield sign pads. Sealed Bids shall be addressed to the Port of Friday Harbor, 204 Front Street, PO Box 889, Friday Harbor, Washington, 98250 , Attention: Phyllis Johnson , and will be received until 3:00 p.m. , local time, on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 , and then will be publicly opened and read at the above stated location. Bids submitted after the above-specified time shall not be received or opened. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents and Addendums are posted on the Precision Approach Engin-eerings website at https://www.preappin c.com /Bid Documents; the QuestCDN Project Number is: 10093067 on the Browse Projects page. Drawings and Specifications may be examined at The Port of Friday Harbor or at the Engineers office, Precision Approach Engineering, Inc., 1310 Broadway Suite B Bellingham, WA 98225 (360) 733-1567. This contract is for a public works project subject to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (RCW 39.12) and the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141, et seq). The Bidder must agree to follow the requirements and conditions of employment and minimum wage rates, as established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor, or the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, including any appropriate amendments. The contractor shall pay the state or federal prevailing wage rate, whichever is higher, and adhere to the most stringent requirements under this contract. The requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 including any amendments thereto apply to this contract.
