Request for Proposals - Janitorial Services
Benton Franklin Head Start (BFHS) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services for our new Central Kennewick location.  The service provided will be for a seventeen-month period beginning August 19, 2026. The RFP will be available online April 23, 2026, and can be downloaded from the agency's website at www.bfhs.net.
