Requests for Bids The Housing Authority of Grant County is requesting sealed bids for a 15 unit project (7 duplexes, 1 office building) in Mattawa WA: Complete removal and replacement of roof systems (shingles, felt, ice shield, drip edge, adding RVOs) Bid packages are available at 1139 Larson Blvd., Moses Lake, WA, on our website www. hagc.net, or by calling Ryan Hall at (509) 762-5541 ext. 123. All bids over $150,000 must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified cashiers check made payable to Housing Authority of Grant County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
