REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – PUPIL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES The Nine Mile Falls School District, No. 325/179, Spokane County, Washington, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms for providing pupil transportation services for 5 years beginning with the 2026-27 school year. In order to be considered a firm must have at least 7 years' experience in providing pupil transportation services to a district at least the size and routing complexity of the Nine Mile Falls School District. Interested firms must obtain proposal documents from the district administration office, 10110 W Charles Rd, Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026 or by calling 509-340-4300. Each proposal must meet the requirements and contain all information called for in the district proposal documents. Proposals that do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Sealed proposals must be received at the district administration office, 10110 W Charles Rd, Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026 via mail or hand delivery no later than 2:00 PM April 24, 2026 in order to be considered. Proposals submitted after this date/time or proposals submitted via facsimile will not be considered. Proposals will be opened at 2:00 PM, April 24, 2026 at the above address. A representative from any company submitting a proposal or the general public may attend the opening. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope or envelopes or completely wrapped and sealed and marked plainly “RFP 2526-01 Pupil Transportation Service” on the outside. Any proposal may be withdrawn up to the time and date scheduled for the opening. After the time scheduled for the proposal opening no proposal may be withdrawn for sixty days. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. The district also reserves the right to select any proposal that the district believes is in the best interest of the district, which may not represent the lowest bid submitted.
