NOTICE TO SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS Washington State University, acting by and through the Vice President for Finance and Administration, hereby advises all interested parties that Work Order No. 1T01442- SKA-0023, for the Othello Bee Facility Improve Fire Alarm System project, Washington State University, Pullman, WA, with Skanska USA Building, Inc., 400 Fairview Avenue North, Suite 1000, Seattle, WA 98109 has achieved Final Acceptance as of March 30, 2026. The legal lien period becomes effective for the filing of all liens and claims against the retained percentage of payment to the Contractor on the above date.
