Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland's NORTH HORN RAPIDS SEWER EXTENSION Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly.  This project includes construction of approximately 5,100 LF of 24" sewer main, 2,200 LF of 12" sewer main, full reconstruction of 4000 LF of Horn Rapids Road (including import of approximately 10,000 CY of borrow material),  2" asphalt overlay of 1760 LF of Horn Rapids Road, sewer stubs, water stubs, power conduit, pavement markings & signs, parking lot seal coating (27,000 SY) and site restoration / roadside cleanup.
