CALL FOR BIDSCITY OF ROSLYNHISTORIC ROSLYN CEMETERY IRRIGATION AND WATER SYSTEM REPAIRS - REBIDSealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the City of Roslyn, 201 South First Street, Roslyn, Washington, 98941, up to 11:00 a.m.; local time on Thursday, April 23, 2026, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Historic Roslyn Cemetery Irrigation and Water System Repairs - Rebid.This Contract provides for the construction of irrigation system improvements at the City of Roslyn Historic Cemetery, including installation of 4-inch and 6-inch irrigation main, service connections, frost free assemblies, blow-off assemblies, backflow prevention systems, water main fittings and appurtenances, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The work also includes water system repairs, including pipe, fittings, valves, a hydrant, and other appurtenances in two locations within the City of Roslyn. Contractors shall note that all water system repair work shall be completed between June 22, 2026, and July 10, 2026. The basis of award shall be the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for the sum of all bid schedules, as available funding allows and as it best serves the interests of the Contracting Agency. The Work shall be physically complete within 40 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, Roslyn, Washington.The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the “City of Roslyn” and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.Bid Documents for this project are available free-of-charge at the following website: https://gobids.grayandosborne.com.
