City Hall Renovation: Flooring Replacement City of Sammamish Department of Parks and Recreation Sammamish, Washington INVITATION The City of Sammamish is seeking a contract for: The removal and replacement of the lobby flooring at the Sammamish City Hall. Project location: City Hall (801 228th Avenue SE, Sammamish, WA 98075) Contract Duration: April 10th, 2026, to Aug 30th, 2026 **Work expected to be completed by September 1st, 2026** All materials must be received no later than March 11, 2026, at noon (12 p.m.) Proposals must be submitted through the City's procurement platform, Bidnet. City of Sammamish bidding and solicitation opportunities including this RFQ can be found at https://www.sam mamish.us/business/bidding/. A non-mandatory, information site visit will be conducted on February 27th, 2026, at 9:00 am at Sammamish City Hall.. The Sammamish City Hall is open at other times during posted business hours, but no employee will be available to meet contractors outside of the posted time for the walkthrough.
