CALL FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Spokane Airport Board at the Spokane International Airport Administrative Offices, 9000 West Airport Drive, Suite 204, Spokane, Washington 99224, until 2:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and will then be opened and read at 2:30 p.m. local time for: FELTS FIELD TAXIWAY F FENCE RELOCATION PROJECT AT FELTS FIELD SPOKANE AIRPORTS BOARD PROJECT NO. 25-30-1853 FAA / AIP GRANT NO. 3-53-0034-038-2026 It shall be the duty of each Bidder to submit his/her bid on or before the hour and date specified. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the designated time and location listed above. Sealed bids will not be accepted via electronic submission. Any bids received after the time for opening cannot and will not be considered. Major subcontractors are encouraged to attend; however, attendance (in person) is mandatory for the Prime Contractors only. Any bid submitted by a firm which did not attend this Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected. The general nature of the Work is as follows: Work generally consists of clearing of proposed fence line, demolition of existing fence line, demolition of existing swing gate, construction of new security fence, construction of new 24-foot-wide swing gate. Contract Documents are available at www.siaplanroom.com. Documents can be viewed and/or purchased online. The Planholders List is also available at this website. All addenda will be issued through email. Bidders can register online to be placed on the Planholders List and to receive automatic e-mail notification of addenda. Abadan Reprographics & Imaging, 603 East Second Avenue, Spokane, WA 99202 (Phone: 509-747-2964) should be contacted with website and plan ordering questions. Questions during the bid period and inquiries regarding bid results (after bid opening) should be directed to the Planning & Development Department of Spokane Airports, Monday through Friday by contacting Joe Hoeing at jhoeing@spokaneairports.net. Questions during the bid period are due by April 29, 2026. A contract according to the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Addendums (if applicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid for all bid schedules (including sales tax). A performance bond, payment bond, and liability insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract. This is a prevailing wage project per applicable State Law. The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest of the Airport pursuant to the terms of the Instruction to Bidders and General Conditions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All bidders are cautioned to be aware of the requirement to have their bids considered responsive.
