Invitation to Bid for Advertisement INVITATION TO BID PACKAGED WATER TREATEMENT SYSTEM YAKIMA COUNTY, WASHINGTON Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for manufacture of a packaged turbidity, arsenic, iron, and manganese removal system. Bids shall be on unit price basis per schedule and in U.S. dollars. Award will be based upon the lowest responsible responsive bid as defined in RCW 39.04. All manufacture and readiness for shipment of equipment related to this contract must be completed by July 20, 2026. The Roza Irrigation District (District), P.O. Box 810 / 125 S. 13th Street, Sunnyside, WA 98944, will receive bids until 2:30 P.M., April 6, 2026. Bids received after the time of announced opening will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. For a copy of the Bidding Documents, use the Web link for Packaged Water Treatment System on the District's web page (www.roza.org) under the headings Projects/Project Bid Information/See Current Project Bid Information. Questions concerning the bid documents should be addressed to Wayne Sonnichsen at (509) 837-5141 Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in certified or cashier's check or bid bond on District form and in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. All bid proposals must be on the form provided and if Successful Bidder fails to enter into the contract within the time specified in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents and be required to sign the Non-Collusion and Debarment Affidavit, as found in the Bidding Documents.
