Project Scope: Washington State University Vancouver is looking to complete development of an existing well to supply campus irrigation water. Well improvements will provide a pressurized non-potable water supply to existing and future irrigation zones on campus within the allowable water rights. Contract Time shall be 120 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion.  Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.
