NOTICE: You have been sued by SHERI MCQUADE, Petitioner, in the District Court in and for Boundary County, Idaho, Magistrate Division, Case No. CV11-26-0128.  The nature of the claim against you is Divorce with No Minor Children . 
        Any time after 21 days following the expiration of the period of publication, the Court may enter a Judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 6452 Kootenai Street, P.O.
