DEPENDENCY
THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, AND TO:
1. Josephine May Dundas, Parent of Alexis Mae Ingram, b.d. 09/30/08, Dependency Petition 25-7-00869-31 filed on September 18, 2025 and Cameron Jay Ingram, b.d. 10/30/2013, Dependency Petition 25-7-00870-31 filed on September 18, 2025.
A Preliminary Hearing on May 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and a Fact Finding hearing on June 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. will be held on this matter at Snohomish County Juvenile Justice Center, 2801 10th Street, Everett, Washington 98201.
These hearings will determine if your child is dependent as defined in RCW 13.34.030(6). This begins a judicial process which could result in permanent loss of your parental rights. THE ABOVE NAMED INDIVIDUALS ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR at both of said hearings regarding your child. If you do not appear at the first (preliminary) hearing, the court may cancel the second hearing and take evidence and enter an order without further notice to you.
