SUPERIOR COURT OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF GRANT JUSTUS LOWELL AND TRINIDY LOWELL, husband and wife, No. 26-2-00367-13 Plaintiffs, v. SUMMONS DAGMAR M. MOLLER and her ESTATE, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND BENEFICIARIES OF DAGMAR M. MOLLER, and ALSO ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN, Defendants. The State of Washington to the said Defendants: DAGMAR M. MOLLER and her ESTATE, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND BENEFICIARIES OF DAGMAR M.
