THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF WALLA WALLA DOCKET NUMBER: 25-5-00018-36 AMENDED SUMMONS In re the Welfare of: I.L.E. dob 1/16/18 TO ADAM WAYNE STOUT, the Respondent: A Petition has been filed in the Walla Walla Superior Court requesting that the Court terminate your parental rights as to the above-named child permanently. You are hereby summoned to appear and respond to this Petition within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, exclusive of the date of first publication, to appear and defend against the Petition. You must timely answer the Petition and serve a copy of your answer upon Carman Law Office, Inc. at the address listed below. Failure to timely respond to the Petition may result in the termination of your parent-child relationship with respect to the above-named child without further notice. You have the right to appear, respond, and be heard in this matter. You have the right to be represented by a lawyer in this proceeding. Counsel will be appointed for an indigent person who makes such a request and qualifies as indigent.
