A Judgment of Foreclosure was entered and docketed in this case on January 30, 2026. The Judgment was entered in favor of the Judgment Creditor: NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, 75 Beattie Place, Suite 300, Greenville, SC, 29601; against UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS AND DEVISEES OF BRANDON C. MANKLE, with a money award in the amount of $350,007.73, plus post judgment interest at the rate of 3.7000% per annum from January 30, 2026 to date of sale, with a per diem of $35.48, and whereas said judgment is a foreclosure without deficiency judgment, eight month redemption period.  Any additional amounts as Plaintiff may advance for taxes, assessments, municipal charges and such other items that constitute liens on the property, together with insurance and repairs necessary to prevent the impairment of the security, together with interest thereon from the date of payment may also be added to the Judgment and paid from sale of the Property pursuant to the Judgment in paragraph 3.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, you are hereby commanded to sell, in the manner prescribed by law for the sale of real property on execution (subject to redemption of 8 months), all of the interest that the Defendant had on March 11, 2022, the date of the Deed of Trust, and also the interest that the Defendant had thereafter acquired, in the real property described as follows:

SITUATE IN WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON PARCEL B: A 20 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES AS DELINEATED ON THE FACE OF SOUTHWINDS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, RECORDED IN VOLUME 15 OF CONDOMINIUMS, PAGES 83 THROUGH 91, UNDER AUDITOR'S FILE NO. 931207200, RECORDS OF WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON.  SITUATE IN WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

Sale of the property is to satisfy the sum listed above, plus the costs incurred in performing this Order of Sale. You are to make the return within 60 days after issuance by the court.  For purposes of sale, the Order may automatically extended for 30 days.

YOU MAY HAVE A RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY from the sale under statutes of this state, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.030, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington, in the manner described in those statutes.
