NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Pursuant to the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 61.24 RCW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, on May 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the main entrance of Building 3, Thurston County Superior Court, 2000 Lakeridge Drive SW, Olympia, WA 98502, the following described real property situated in Thurston County, Washington, commonly known as: 18032 Hi-Lo Ct SE, Yelm, WA 98597 Tax Parcel No.: 41200050600 Legally described as: LOT 506, PLAT OF CLEARWOOD DIVISION 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 16 OF PLATS, PAGES 74, 75 AND 76, IN THURSTON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
