CITY OF BLACK DIAMOND, WASHINGTON CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCES ADOPTED On March 3, 2026, the City Council of the City of Black Diamond, Washington adopted the following ordinances: ORDINANCE NO. 26-1245 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLACK DIAMOND, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING CHAPTER 2.56 AND AMENDING CHAPTER 2.57 OF THE BLACK DIAMOND MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAVEL-RELATED CITY BUSINESS EXPENSES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE ORDINANCE NO. 26-1246 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLACK DIAMOND, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING INTERIM ZONING CONTROLS TO PROHIBIT BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE FACILITIES WITHIN THE CITY OF BLACK DIAMOND; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE WILL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY IF APPROVED BY A MAJORITY PLUS ONE OF THE FULL COUNCIL.
