ORDINANCE NO. 4162-26 OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON On the 4th day of March 2026, the City Council of the City of Everett passed Ordinance No. 4162-26, an Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled 2026 Pavement Maintenance Overlay, Fund 303, Program 138, to accumulate all costs for the improvement.
