204143SUMMARY OF LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO ORDINANCES:Ordinance No. 420, Gallagher Rezone, Amending the Latah County Land Use Regulations Ordinance No. 395 and accompanying maps are hereby amended by changing the zone classification for a parcel described below from Agriculture Forest to Commercial in compliance with the plans and specifications as presented to the Latah County Board of County Commissioners. The subject parcel is described as follows:A parcel of land located in the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 41 North, Range 4 West of the Boise Meridian, Latah County, Idaho, described as follows:COMMENCING at the southwest corner of the east half of the southwest quarter, from which the southeast corner of the southwest quarter bears, S 88°39'04" E, 1355.79 feet; Thence N 20°55'28" E, 1093.76 feet to the southwest corner of the parcel of land described in Warranty Deed, Inst.
