Effective five (5) days after passage and publication. ORDINANCE NO. 26-1006: An Ordinance amending the 2025-2026 Biennial Budget expenditures. Effective five (5) days after passage and publication. ORDINANCE NO. 26-1007: An Ordinance granting a non-exclusive franchise to EZEE Fiber Texas, LLC authorizing limited use of the public road right-of-way in the City of SeaTac, Washington. This Ordinance FAILED. ORDINANCE NO. 26-1008: An Ordinance amending the 2025-2026 Biennial Budget for consultant services related to the SeaTac Civic Campus.
