Notice of Final Action by the Seattle City Council authorizing the acquisition of fee-owned property by negotiation and/or eminent domain (condemnation).

The proposed ordinance will be presented to the Parks, Public Utilities & Technology Committee, which starts at 9:30 AM on April 9th at Seattle City Hall, Council Chambers. The approval of the proposed legislation by the committee will result in a Bill being sent to be heard by the full City Council final action and potential adoption as an Ordinance. You may attend the meeting, where if desired you can sign up to make comments on the proposed legislation.
