City of Seattle SEATTLE PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT Notice of Final Action by the Seattle City Council authorizing the acquisition of fee-owned property by negotiation and/or eminent domain (condemnation). Property locations: King County Parcel Number 426570-0085 King County Parcel Number 426570-0090 The proposed ordinance will be presented to the Parks, Public Utilities & Technology Committee, which starts at 9:30 AM on April 9th at Seattle City Hall, Council Chambers. The approval of the proposed legislation by the committee will result in a Bill being sent to be heard by the full City Council final action and potential adoption as an Ordinance. You may attend the meeting, where if desired you can sign up to make comments on the proposed legislation.
